Knack Mastering specializes in audio mastering. I master for CD and vinyl, online releases, web video and indie film sound, audio restoration and quality vinyl transfers.

Knack is located in Ringwood, NJ, just 30 minutes from New York City's George Washington bridge. However, in today's age of easy and secure file transmission, Knack has mastering clients from New York to California, Mississippi to London, Berlin and everywhere in between.

I work with an assortment of some of the finest analog and digital gear available and am always on the lookout for the next piece to add into the rack. But gear alone can't deliver a quality mastering job. When it comes to mastering nothing can compete with experience, good taste, great ears and a true love for making audio sound its absolute best. Knack was conceived as an indie alternative to the high cost "corporate" mastering studios. Nothing against the big guys, some of their work is truly in a class by itself, but not everyone has the budget to have their recordings mastered at these studios. This is where Knack shines. My belief is that everyone's recordings deserve world class mastering....and I'm here to deliver it.
